3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use EngiLink.
By registering, you confirm that:
- All information provided is accurate
- You have the legal authority to enter into contracts
- You will keep your account details secure
- You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.
4. User Profiles and Verification
Users may upload qualifications, certifications, insurance details, company information, and trade experience.
Any verification badges or profile checks provided by EngiLink are limited checks only and do not guarantee competence, compliance, licensing, insurance validity, or suitability for any works.
Companies and engineers remain fully responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.
5. Marketplace
EngiLink may provide a marketplace for the buying and selling of tools, equipment, stock, vehicles, and related items.
EngiLink:
- Is not the seller or buyer of listed items
- Does not inspect items
- Does not guarantee condition, ownership, legality, or delivery
- Is not responsible for disputes, losses, fraud, damage, or non-payment
Users buy and sell entirely at their own risk.
Users must ensure all listings comply with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Job Listings and Recruitment
Companies are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of job listings
- Compliance with employment laws
- Right-to-work checks
- Health and safety obligations
- Insurance requirements
- Payment arrangements
EngiLink does not guarantee that applicants are suitable, qualified, insured, or legally compliant.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features may require paid subscriptions or fees.
By subscribing, you agree that:
- Payments may renew automatically unless cancelled
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of services
8. Prize Draws and Promotions
From time to time EngiLink may run promotions, competitions, or prize draws.
Additional terms may apply to specific promotions. EngiLink reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform.
By uploading content, you grant EngiLink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content uploaded.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Post unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content
- Upload malicious software or harmful code
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Circumvent platform security
- Use the platform for spam or unauthorised advertising
- Upload false qualifications or certifications
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts without notice where we believe these terms have been breached.

All platform branding, logos, software, content, and design elements remain the property of EngiLink or its licensors.
Users must not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.
12. Availability of Service
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

- Remove services
- Carry out maintenance
- Suspend access temporarily or permanently
without liability.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EngiLink shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of contracts
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Disputes between users
- Marketplace fraud or failed transactions
- Injury, damage, or losses arising from works arranged through the platform
Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EngiLink, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Breach of these terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Disputes with other users
15. Termination

- Activity poses risk to the platform or users
- Fraudulent or abusive conduct is suspected
